Flexible Payment and Sliding Scale Options

Flexible Payment Options: Flexible payment plans are offered to accommodate various financial needs.

Sliding Scale: Based on the proof of income and the number of household members, a sliding scale payment option is available to ensure that counseling services are accessible to everyone.

Insurance

Though we do not directly accept insurance, we can provide you with a comprehensive receipt, which you may then submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Health Saving Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts

HSA (Health Savings Account) and Flexible Spending Accounts can be utilized to help cover the expenses related to counseling services.

Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy

In the event you are unable to attend your scheduled counseling session and fail to inform us a minimum of 24 hours in advance, you will be liable for the entire fee of the missed session. In order to schedule future appointments, all existing balances must be cleared.
